Service Event Management System

The program is developed with Visual Studio .NET to link to the Site and Equipment Database (Microsoft SQL Database) and allows the initiation, creation, dispatching, and closing of work orders by the service team. It provides detailed information on each work order in the system and its status. This powerful maintenance management tool allows users to see the status of work orders on-line.
