Technical Services

ECO provides technical services for the ICC project, the largest design-build project in Maryland.  Services include network management functions related to the operation, performance and availability of computer networks, such as setting up network hardware and software, managing user accounts, monitoring system performance, trouble-shooting network problems, and providing user support.  We have implemented Primavera Contract Manager that provides complete project control to keep the ICC project on schedule and on-budget.
