Development of Consultant Report Card System

ECO designed and developed this web-based system for OOTS to evaluate past consultant performance to aid evaluation of future proposals.  Performance criteria and responses are stored in SQL database allowing for searchable data analysis.  Application security and user roles are enforced via user’s Novell/Windows login.  Email notification with hyperlinks facilitates draft evaluation/approval workflow. Custom reports are generated using Microsoft’s Report Definition Language (RDL) which allows export to various formats, including PDF and Excel.

On-Site IT Support for System Engineering Team

ECO provides technical services to assist the traffic engineers in Traffic Engineering Design Division (TEDD) to be innovative in the use of technology.  We perform maintenance on custom database applications, update their CAD standards, present training seminars for software upgrades, develop standard plotting solutions, and create on-line flash tutorials for improving software utilization.
