ECO is the leading consultant to provide technical services for statewide support of the ProjectWise (SHA’s engineering document management system) and CAD Standards at SHA. The services include overall system analysis, performance evaluation, software development, data conversion, system integration, software installation, configuration, implementation, database maintenance, training, and trouble-shooting.

On-Call Support and Maintenance for the IFB System

ECO provides support and maintenance services for the enterprise Invitation for Bid (IFB) system which was previously co-developed by ECO.  The solution is a web-based system with a back-end Oracle database that automates the publishing process for engineers producing the IFB specification book. The system is designed to electronically bind the Microsoft WORD documents and/or Adobe PDF files into a single multi-page PDF file with auto-numbering and auto-updating of the table of contents and other cross-references.
