ECO specializes in the implementation of enterprise applications for large agencies.  ECO has proven experience with system integration from implementation of off-the-shelf software packages to the development of custom software and interfaces.  For the past 7 years they have helped Maryland State Highway Administration tailor their MicroStation design software and ProjectWise document management system for use with various divisions, districts, and projects.  Notably, we implement Primavera Contract Manager, integrate ProjectWise with the submittal process, and provide on-site network support for the high-profile design-build ICC project.

Experience.

We have implemented a SHA-wide project collaboration system, ProjectWise, for SHA's offices and the consulting partners. We have worked with SHA's Office of Information Technology to migrate the system to the latest version which has been installed close to 1000 computers internally at SHA. ProjecWise is a complex system with multiple servers located inside and outside SHA’s network.  The usage of this system involves groups of people representing different disciplines, from project managers, engineers, contractors and agencies - all trying to collaborate on a multitude of issues and changes while juggling multiple documents and projects.

Credibility.

During the past 5 years, we have worked closely with OIT to implement a statewide system.  Meanwhile, we have also worked with the engineers in various offices and districts to develop the computer programs to meet their business objectives.
